This web site is by no means a complete gathering of "all" the Flying training patches there ever were. The patches pictured are from my "own collection" that I started over 30 years ago because there was and is no official resource for USAF Flying Training patches. There is still no complete gathering of this history on the part of the US Air Force or any museums. I have an agreement in place that will insure this 30+ year endeavor will culminate with every item collected being donated to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum upon my death.

There are 212 pages and over 12,000 patches pictured on this site, so prepare for a long stay and many visits. Each category has a sub category and a sub-sub category...etc, just keep clicking and enjoy yourself.

If you do not see your patch pictured, please consider selling the patch to the site, or if you would like, donate it to the site. If you send scans of your patches, they will be used in reference books but will not be added to the site as it only reflects patches in the collection. Please don't let this history die!!
